These initiatives have delivered measurable results, such as reducing operational costs, accelerating go-to-market, and mitigating compliance risk. When renewals decline, trial-to-paid conversions drop, or market-specific authentication issues arise, growth is at risk. The underlying causes often include market-specific authentication requirements (such as SCA and PSD2), customer journey flaws, or inadequate cancellation logic. These issues can hinder growth until they are thoroughly analysed and resolved.
My goal is to deliver solutions that provide lasting value by using framework-based methods, standards, and documentation. This approach ensures effectiveness continues after my involvement.
My expertise lies in solving complex, ill-defined problems that require clarity and structure, rather than focusing on a specific industry. My approach is well-suited for leadership teams and organisations undergoing transformation, scaling, or regulatory change, especially in complex, highly regulated, or technology-intensive sectors.
I have a combined STEM background in Statistics and Life Sciences, and completed a capstone project in applied machine learning.
