Deep-dive

Recommended start
1 week fixed

The free diagnostic assessments offer an initial overview. The deep-dive provides a comprehensive evaluation over one week, focusing on current problems and setup to identify root causes, quantify issues, and prioritise solutions.

  • Revenue leaks are traced to specific causes, including failed renewals, SCA drop-off, and involuntary churn
  • Interviews with process owners and compare their insights with data analysis
  • A written assessment outlines what is broken, the associated costs, and recommended priorities for remediation
  • A prioritised plan the team can implement independently
  • Quick wins are identified separately from longer-term structural improvements

Project

1-3 month scoped

Each project is scoped with a single, defined outcome, such as maintaining revenue during migration, resolving trial-to-paid or renewal issues, or developing an actionable payments compliance plan. The engagement concludes with a working solution owned by the team.

  • One desired outcome and clear success metrics at the outset
  • Hands-on support alongside the team, rather than simply providing documentation
  • Documentation and standards are designed to remain effective beyond the engagement
  • Potential roadblocks are identified early and addressed proactively
  • Solutions are delivered to production and fully transitioned to the team upon completion

Embedded

3-12+ month quoted

Senior ownership is provided for the area under strain, typically for two days per week, supporting companies undergoing change that are not ready to hire a full-time lead. The objective is to enable the team to assume full responsibility by the end of the engagement.

  • Engagement is typically two days per week and can be delivered onsite, in a hybrid format, or remotely
  • Product ownership of the area under strain
  • Key decisions made and supported
  • Coaching and hiring support to ensure capabilities remain in-house
  • A clear transition plan ensures the team assumes full ownership at the end of the engagement

Advisory

Ad hoc hourly rate

Hourly advisory services are available for specific questions, such as authentication or renewal decisions, payment-provider evaluations, or regulatory interpretations. An expedited emergency rate is available for urgent compliance deadlines.

  • Services are booked by the hour and can range from a single call to several hours per week
  • Straight answers on SCA, PSD2/PSD3, renewals, and provider selection
  • On-demand calls are available when decisions or deadlines are urgent
  • An emergency rate applies for time-sensitive regulatory inquiries
  • All advisory services are typically delivered remotely

About

Maria Grazia Chetta

I am a product leader with 20 years of experience in consumer subscription platforms, FinTech, and B2B financial data products within regulated EU markets. I specialise in building platforms from the ground up, migrating legacy systems under regulatory pressure, and managing compliance programmes across multiple markets. My framework-led approach enables leadership teams and organisations to manage transformation, scaling, and regulatory change in highly regulated or technology-intensive sectors. I ensure sustained effectiveness beyond my direct involvement.

At Audible/Amazon, as Director of Product Marketing EU, I led front-end and back-end platform migrations for the Italian marketplace, expanded Audible's presence in Italy, and established the A/B testing and conversion practice for the acquisition funnel. For two and a half years, I also served as International Business Partner for Amazon's pan-EU PSD2/MFA programme, gathering requirements from five EU markets, advocating for them within the central programme, and managing the Italian market end-to-end.

Earlier, I built my product foundations at CRIF, an international credit bureau and business information group, progressing from functional analysis to product leadership. I designed and launched B2B SaaS platforms for financial data, including early AI- and NLP-driven competitive and company intelligence products.
